Directory service
Moris Konekte provides an online directory that helps users discover businesses and contact them. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information, offers and materials in their listings. A listing does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Moris Konekte.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and avoid content or activity that is misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive or intended to interfere with the website. You must keep your account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Business listings and payments
Listing subscriptions are charged per annum at the price shown during registration. Payment may be made using Scan to Pay or bank transfer, with the payment reference supplied after submission. Listings are reviewed and normally become active after payment is confirmed. We may reject, suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Moris Konekte permission to display, reproduce and format that content as needed to operate and promote the directory. You must have the necessary rights to all text, logos and images you provide.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party listing content. To the extent permitted by law, Moris Konekte is not responsible for transactions, communications, losses or disputes between website users and listed businesses.
